On Wednesday morning the buses will depart from the New Orleans Marriot (555 Canal Street) in New Orleans, LA between 8 and 8:30 am; buses will depart as they fill up. Buses will depart Baton Rouge following the closing reception and can be expected to arrive in New Orleans around 6:30 pm.
